Hainan Culture Real International Trade Ltd., also known as HCT, is a registered company based in Hainan, China. Our primary focus is on promoting trade cooperation between major global economies and mainland China. We strive to establish effective trade channels and facilitate the smooth flow of goods and capital.

In 2022, HCT was appointed as the official executive member of MERCOSUR for the Chinese mainland market. MERCOSUR stands as the fourth largest economy in the world, with a population of 220 million people. It boasts an annual output exceeding $1 trillion and a continuously growing trade volume surpassing $200 billion. MERCOSUR has established consultation mechanisms and signed numerous bilateral and multilateral free trade agreements with China. Additionally, it has engaged in trade partnerships with other countries such as the United States, European Union, ASEAN, AEC, Japan, Korea, Australia, and New Zealand.

HCT has entered into strategic cooperation agreements with OFICINA DE INTEGRACION RUTA DE LA SEDA LATAM. Through this collaboration, we aim to enhance trade between Latin America and China. Our joint efforts will involve introducing superior construction resources, industrial manufacturing capabilities, new energy technologies, and fostering bilateral trade in agricultural product production.
